Coleman Data Solutions, a subsidiary of Coleman Professional Services, is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Operators. We have job openings for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift at our secure facility located in Akron/Springfield Township.
As a part of our Federal contract requirements, all successful applicants must undergo a comprehensive Federal background check and credit check, and obtain a security clearance from the Federal government. This is to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality for the data we handle.

The role of a Data Entry Operator requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously. You must be able to accurately enter data into our computer system at a minimum rate of 9,000 alpha/numeric keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy. Essential skills and abilities for this position include strong typing skills, hand/finger dexterity, good vision, and the ability to read from screens and printed materials.

As a Data Entry Operator, you must be able to work efficiently in a seated position for long periods of time and be able to collaborate with other team members in a shared work environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively within a diverse workforce.
