As a Customer Service Representative, the selected candidate will act as a liaison between the customers and the company, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

The job responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, having previous experience in the automobile industry, dealing with international clients on a B2B and B2C basis, searching for new customers and bringing in business for the company, promoting business in the assigned region or country, managing business accounts of existing customers, maintaining quality services with existing customers, handling sales and after-sales responsibilities, negotiating and facilitating the product, handling banking transactions, and ensuring excellent customer support with newly generated leads.
